DOUBLE SPHERE

FIVC EXPANSION JOINTS

In HVAC systems, expansion joints are commonly used to absorb the movement of pipes caused by thermal expansion and contraction. These joints are installed in various locations, including at the end of the piping system, near the equipment, and where pipes change direction or cross-building expansion joints. Without expansion joints, the pipes may experience stress, fatigue, or failure due to the movement caused by temperature changes, resulting in leaks or ruptures.

Similarly, in plumbing systems, expansion joints are used to compensate for the thermal expansion and contraction of the piping system. These joints are installed in various locations, including where the piping enters and exits the building, at changes in direction, and where the piping crosses building expansion joints. Without expansion joints, the piping may experience stress, fatigue, or failure due to the movement caused by temperature changes, resulting in leaks or ruptures.
FIVC Expansion Joints are available in a variety of specifications, including single- or double spheres with different pressure ratings, threading, flanges, materials, etc.
